What happens when artists and scientists collaborate? To answer this question, the Notes on Synchrony team of 12 artists and scientists used dance, EEG technology, poetry, and music to explore the nature of human connection. During the Moving Futures Festival 2019 connections were explored between performer and audience and between dancers, but also between physical movement and mental states; science and mythology; words, music, movement, and the human brain. Observations were noted by brain scientists, poets, and you––the dance audience.
